A couple of things: First of all, you have a snooker AND pool table? These are typically different games and are played on different types of tables. I can tell you that you aren’t required to make any markings on a traditional pool table. The diamonds mark where the headstring is and the foot spot indicates where the apex ball will be placed. I am not an expert on snooker table markings, but I know that the “D” needs to be marked. If you are looking for actual dimensions, you will find them for both pool and snooker tables in the BCA handbook. M.D.-BCA Instructor/Referee.
