I’ve seen this movie when it came out. I laughed then, and just watching this scene made laugh so hard that I had tears rolling down my cheeks! Simply hilarious!

c’est plus un comique de situation qu’on retrouve que rarement aujourd’hui et qui est encore plus rarement si bien joué!

French billiard. You have to hit one of the white balls. It should then hit the other white ball and the red one in one shot. If you do, you get 1 point and keep on playing. If not, the other players try. Etc… the game stops whenever a fixed number of points has been reached by one of the players. It is the ancestor of all modern billiard and pool versions.
