Question by peterpan: Has any professional snooker player made this mistake?
Once I played snooker and mistook the pink ball for the white ball and struck it. I am not a color-blind. That day I played too long and was exhausted. Or maybe I was too concentrated on the target ball. Does anyone ever make this mistake? Is there any professional who has ever made this mistake? If a professional did, would the referee correct him or not?

i don’t know of anyone to have done it. it would have been a foul definitely.
don’t worry it happens when you are tired. but imagine that they concentrate a lot on the tournaments, so i don’t think anyone did this.

Not while playing snooker but during a game of pool instead of the cue ball I hit a stripe.I was a little too drunk at the time I guess.
