@kevy62 yeah yeah, i was doing it right, but just needed practice, used it yesterday, thrashed my friend, cant beleive i was missing something so easy, thanks dude!

  2. @langston001ify .. Hi there, I hope you only used the “technique” & not actually placed a red ball in front of every shot as one guy did?
You have to “imagine” the ghost ball in front of the object ball to aid learning potting angles.

LOL when watching this technique i thought it would be great, i played a hole game doing it, i lost to a person i normally come very close to or beat (i lost by 30 points…) But i admire you as a person trying to help people, keep it up

Great tip im just starting out playing snooker, this should definately help me on my way Thanx B.

  5. Hi there, perhaps you could practice just potting the black ball only. (no reds)

first from it’s own spot, then from every spot on the table, 3 pots from each colour position in every session should do it, this should get you over the problem quite quickly, good luck & let me know how you get on. cheers, K.

are we allowed to put a red ball to measure the other ball when competition????

  20. hi there, If you are missing the black ball a lot from the spot, then perhaps swap it for a red instead during practice.

It’s possible you could just be adding pressure to the shot by it being the black.
    (blackitis)
So practice using reds or other colours placed on the black spot, until you have the confidence in your own ability, good luck….K

  21. hi there, thanks very much for your input, do remember, practice makes perfect…K

  23. i’m 12 and i’m good. but your tips made me even better tyvm m8 keep it going

  24. hi there, do keep trying, but if i understand you correctly, You have very small object balls, these will not have the weight required to play a full range of shots.
it sounds to me like you are ready to progress to standard size balls?

if these are too expensive, or won’t fit your table’s pockets, then perhaps a set of new pool balls would do, these can be bought for about £5.00 on ebay.

failing that, you could join a snooker club as a junior member.

    good luck….K
