I have recently moved to Sydney, and am struggling to find a good snooker table. all im after is one well maintained table to practice on.

I want to start running my own Snooker & Pool hall in London, England and I would like to know how much it will cost to begin.

I understand that property prices/rent will vary from place to place and that utilities will come into etc, plus licences, tables, services, drinks, etc.

I am looking for anyone who has done something similar and/or has experience in this and I want to know how much it will roughly cost to begin all of this.

it will cost around 130000 euroes
if u want to get good quality goods you may have to spend more on them

Reason for asking, ie guess the land is example £200k,
just enquring because my mate told me a snooker hall costs about £20k a year i thought it was a lot more than that!
